Her integrated approach blends Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative Yoga, Meditation, and Yoga Nidra — creating nourishing classes that support nervous system regulation and deep inner connection.
Alongside yoga, Anastasia offers sound healing through sound baths and private sessions, drawing from her personal healing journey and certified training in sound therapy.
Based in the Greek islands, she welcomes guests seeking calm, connection, and simplicity — inviting them to reconnect with themselves through movement, stillness, and sound.
